Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information porn4betas (“we”, “us”, “the hub”) collects when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. The hub is an 18+ adult fetish community. Do not use the service if you are under 18 (or under 21 where that is the legal adult age).

This is a product policy written for clarity, not formal legal advice. Operators may update it as the product evolves.

1. Information we collect

Account & profile

• Email address and authentication credentials (handled by our auth provider, Supabase Auth).
• Profile fields you choose, such as beta name, bio, avatar, and related display settings.
• Patron-related status when you connect Patreon (e.g. linked account id and pledge tier signals needed to unlock features).

Content you create

• Posts, captions, tags, images/videos you upload, comments, likes, follows, reports, and trading-card or battle activity.
• Messages you send to support or through report forms (including optional details).

Usage & device data

• Basic technical logs (e.g. timestamps, feature errors, security-related events) needed to run and debug the service.
• Local storage / cookies in your browser for preferences (age gate acknowledgment, feed sort/mode, UI settings, session tokens).

Payments

Paid membership is handled by Patreon. We do not store your full payment card number on porn4betas. Patreon processes payments under their own policies; we receive membership status needed to gate features.

2. How we use information

• Provide the feed, accounts, dailies, economy, cards, battles, Betafy, and related features.
• Authenticate you, maintain sessions, and enforce patron / creator entitlements.
• Moderate content, investigate reports, and protect the community (including against spam and abuse).
• Operate AI-assisted pipelines (e.g. censoring, image rituals, card framing) when you use those features.
• Improve reliability, fix bugs, and understand aggregate feature usage.
• Comply with law and respond to lawful requests where required.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and storage.
• Patreon — membership verification and checkout when you choose to connect or upgrade.
• Hosting / CDN / infrastructure — to deliver the site and media.
• AI / image processing providers — when you use features that transform media (inputs you submit may be processed to produce outputs).

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a transfer of the service (with notice when practical).

4. Cookies & local storage

We use essential browser storage to:

• Remember that you passed the age gate on this device.
• Keep you signed in (auth tokens).
• Store UI preferences (feed mode, filters, tool settings, one-time tips).

You can clear site data in your browser; doing so may sign you out and show the age gate again.

5. Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active and as needed to operate the hub. You may delete content you control where the product allows it; administrators may remove content that breaks the rules. Backup and log retention may keep residual copies for a limited period for security and recovery.

6. Your choices

• Update profile fields in the app where available.
• Disconnect Patreon from your account flows when offered, or manage pledges on Patreon.
• Request account deletion or data help by contacting the operator (see Contact).
• Stop using the service and clear local browser data.

7. Security

We use industry-standard providers and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Protect your password and do not reuse it from other sites.

8. Age & children

The service is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has an account or appears in content, report it immediately via the in-app report tools and contact us.

9. International users

The hub may be hosted and processed in jurisdictions different from yours. By using the service you understand your information may be transferred to those locations.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.

11. Contact

For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact the site operator through the channels published on the hub (admin / support paths as available) or via your existing operator email if you have one.
