Terms of Use

By entering or using porn4betas (“the service”, “the hub”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and Community rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

This is a product agreement for a small adult community platform, not a substitute for professional legal counsel.

1. Eligibility (18+)

• You must be at least 18 years old (or 21+ where required by local law) to enter or use the hub.
• By clicking “I AM 18+ — ENTER” or continuing to use the site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
• We may use additional age checks or block access in certain regions as laws evolve.

2. Nature of the service

porn4betas is an adult social hub focused on consensual fantasy and roleplay themes (including censored imagery, premature fetish, denial, gooning, chastity, and humiliation fantasy).

• Content is user- and operator-generated adult material. It may be explicit, humiliating, or graphic in a fetish context.
• Fantasy is not permission for real-world harm. Real non-consensual, illegal, or underage material is banned — see Community rules.
• Features (feed, dailies, Beta Bits, cards, battles, Betafy, tools) may change, break, or be limited without notice.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for your login credentials and activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information you are allowed to use (including email).
• One person should not create accounts to evade bans or abuse systems.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community rules.

4. Patreon & paid features

• Some features (e.g. posting, Betafy, HD video tiers) require an active Patreon membership linked to your hub account.
• Billing, refunds, and pledge management are handled by Patreon under Patreon’s terms.
• We may take reasonable time to sync tier status after you upgrade, cancel, or reconnect.
• In-app currencies (Beta Bits, Goddess Diamonds) and cosmetics have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may be adjusted or reset for economy balance, abuse, or errors.

5. Your content

• You retain rights you have in content you upload, subject to the licenses below.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, moderate, transcode, and process your content as needed to run the hub (including AI-assisted transforms you request).
• You represent that you have all rights and consents needed to post the content, and that it does not violate law or these Terms.
• Do not upload content depicting anyone 17 or under (real or fictional sexualization of minors is forbidden).
• We may remove, refuse, or restrict content or features at our discretion, especially for safety and legal compliance.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the Community rules.
• Scrape, attack, or reverse-engineer the service in a way that harms security or availability.
• Abuse economies, exploits, bots, or automated spam.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with the hub.
• Interfere with moderation, reports, or other users’ accounts.

7. Our intellectual property

The hub’s branding, UI, code, and original operator content are protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy the service or brand for competing commercial use without permission.

8. Third-party services

The hub integrates third parties (e.g. Supabase, Patreon, CDNs, AI providers). Their services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on those platforms.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Adult content may be offensive; you access it at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, porn4betas and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us directly in the 12 months before the claim (excluding Patreon fees paid to Patreon), or (b) USD $50.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify the operators against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including violations or risk to the community. Provisions that should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s primary place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise. Courts in that venue shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rights.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, when practical, an in-hub notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
